Short Description

This roundtable will present the results from a study investigating the likelihood that students who have earned open badges in one context/course will seek out opportunities for additional open badge credentials. We will discuss how earning badges as a required assignment in a course was motivating/demotivating for the students and how this experience impacted their perceived learning, and their desire to pursue other badges. This proposal reports a category 1.
