Short Description

To design inclusive online learning environments, instructional designers and designers-by-assignment, must be aware of culturally inclusive design models for online learning environments. This poster presentation will review the proposed qualitative field study to analyze inclusive learning strategies designers-by-assignment, who are academic program directors in higher education student services, use in online learning environments for their diverse students, and why they believe these strategies are the most effective to use for their diverse student population.
