The sudden outbreak of the Covid-19 has forced schools to adopt a distance learning approach. This study presents findings regarding technology integration of early-career teachers during the pandemic. The findings illustrated a reliable and valid three-factor model including technology access and support, barriers, and teachers’ self-efficacy to technology integration. Early-career teachers reported high scores on technology access, support, and self-efficacy, but low scores on barriers to technology integration. Positive relationships were found among three factors.
