WebCATSim is a web-based, test simulation tool that is used to model and evaluate student test performance in a computerized adaptive testing context. Presenters will lead those with laptops in a hands-on application of the tool, demonstrating how to select appropriate criteria for their assessment needs, utilize WebCATSim’s robust visual output, and interpret metrics for optimal test performance. No knowledge of programming or complex statistical software is needed for users.
