Short Description

The power open access (OA) practices have to provide unrestricted access in a range of modalities can enhance a range of educational contexts including teacher professional development. This session will provide a curated walkthrough of steps used to design, implement, and assess an open access text used in a year-long professional development program. The designers will share lessons learned that highlight the benefits and challenges of using open access in adult learning contexts.
