Short Description

This qualitative study aims to investigate the need to change the traditional style of teaching and learning after the innovation of Web 2.0. The main objectives of this study are to determine the extent of pre-service teachers’ students' awareness of WhatsApp as a new style in the education process. Also, it seeks to recognize the obstacles that might hinder the use of WhatsApp for education.
