There is a continuing trend of unrepresented female students in STEM classrooms, particularly in technology courses. With an aim of increasing the number of females students who enroll in technology courses in a public school in Texas, U.S., the purpose of this study was to explore the factors influencing eighth grade females’ choices regarding technology classes in KISD. The participants of this study were 66 eighth grade female students.
