Short Description

This study aims to examine the relations of self-efficacy, motivation to learn, learner engagement, and self-directed learning to motivation to transfer learning in online learning. Sample consisted of 62 graduate students in six 15-week online courses. The survey was repeatedly administered at weeks 5, 10, and 15 to measure student attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors. Generalized estimating equation modeling was utilized while accounting for repeated measurements amongst students. Study findings will be discussed at the conference.
