Short Description

How do the tensions between structure and flexibility play out in different cultural settings? How does this impact student learning? What does this mean for equity and inclusion? Panellists share their insights from a range of sectors and higher educational settings in Africa and the United States. These include university settings, a youth mentoring initiative of a conservation NGO and professional workforce training in US mental health professions.
