Short Description

We originally developed the online Indiana University Plagiarism Tutorials and Tests (IPTAT) for our own students in 2002. Since then, thousands of teachers worldwide have voluntarily adopted IPTAT for use by their students. In 2015, we redesigned IPTAT using First Principles of Instruction. Nearly a million students from 225 countries have passed an IPTAT Certification Test in the past 6 years. We share major challenges faced by the design team and how these were addressed.
