Short Description

This presentation presents the findings from a systematic review of 82 peer-reviewed articles published between 2010-2020 which focused on the relationship between learning analytics and formative and summative assessments. We synthesized our findings into themes focusing on the outcomes studied and how machine learning was used to conduct formative, summative, or a mixture of both within the course. We conclude with implications for practice.
