This study collected 283 lesson plans publicly available from the educational physical computing and robotics (ePCR) web sites. Those lesson plans aimed to improve middle-grade students’ math knowledge with ePCR use. A cluster analysis was conducted to examine how the ePCR functionality, coding skills, and computational thinking skills were meaningfully integrated lesson plans. Five clusters were identified, ranging from lessons of entry-level technology to lessons aiming to teach advanced coding or computational thinking skills.
