Short Description

In our qualitative study, we understand how social media sites (e.g. Reddit) or school based communication platforms (e.g. GSuite) can create learning networks for school leaders and their staff. We suggest such networks may guide leadership decisions when sensitive issues arise that may require help-seeking from others with similar experiences. Our data is from our study in educational administration with 46 school leaders where they were encouraged to post ideas to our Reddit community anonymously.
