Short Description

Evaluation is essential in our field. And yet, few programs have courses explicitly dedicated to evaluation. If they do, they are most often combined with assessing learner outcomes, which we argue is a different topic. In this session, we will explore the idea of developing openly licensed content for teaching an instructional product evaluation course at the undergraduate or graduate level, developing ideas and materials for teaching evaluation at each phase of the design and development process from an evaluation perspective.
