Giving and receiving peer feedback is an important way for students to develop professional skills sought by employers. This design case describes three rounds of interventions made to improve written feedback offered by team members to their peers within an Engineering Technology capstone sequence. We will present the interventions, describe students’ responses, and discuss the rationale for each revision. The presentation will be of interest to instructors and researchers interested in team projects.
