This proposal reports on ongoing research that explores the embodied experience of golf students exploring performance data. This work, in particular, explores how golfers use their bodies to make sense of their putting data through the use of three-dimensional (3D) avatar representations. Initial findings suggest that 3D representation of golfers’ arms and putting strokes helped them to make sense of their data and improve their performance.
