Short Description

The current study identified the level of support provided for university students during the COVID-19 pandemic with the Moodle. In spite of the interventions rolled-out by the university, the researcher found that the students did not gain the required proficiency in its use and were affected adversely due the poor design. A need exists for a more comprehensive and coordinated interventions to adequately equip university lecturers and students in the use of the Moodle LMS.
