Short Description

This paper reports on an analysis of public documents produced by the government of Thailand for the purpose of guiding the enactment of educational technology in Thailand. The analysis explores what are considered important issues regarding the implementation of technology in the Thai education system. Using the grounded theory methods, this study examined the ways the Thai government outline policies to utilize technology in education.
