This collaborative autoethnography (CAE) outlines a multi-peer, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary, online mentoring experience. We describe the online mentoring approach, examine the roles assumed by graduate students and early career faculty, and frame the experiences as a way for learning to be shared with other mentoring circles (i.e., students). The interactive concurrent session will provide opportunities for the audience to discuss mentoring practices and potential impacts of mentoring upon student learning and career skill development.
