In this interactive roundtable session, we will share our experiences in the initial planning and development of the initiative and then describe the implementation and evaluation process of the mentorship program. After the review of the Graduate Assistant (GA) Mentorship Program, participants will have the opportunity to engage in a discussion about the program.
