The COVID-19 pandemic underscored the importance of online and flexible course quality in higher education. Making course quality an institutional priority requires the involvement of a variety of stakeholders. Teaching faculty are imperative to making and maintaining change in higher education. This session describes how a learning services unit used system thinking strategies and a faculty community of practice to build consensus within existing structures to facilitate online and flexible course quality across the institution.
