Short Description

Although educational uses of chatbots have recently been increased and specified, many inquiries remain insufficiently answered. Especially, there is no existing study dedicated to exploring the attributes/constructs of students’ experiences with knowledge-oriented chatbots (e.g., FAQ chatbots), in which chatbot databases are not connected to each individual’s user database. This study provides a qualitative literature review on the students’ experiences with knowledge-oriented chatbots while seeking domains and attributes/constructs of students’ experiences with this chatbot type.
