Short Description

Today’s learning professionals have experienced challenges that they never would have imagined. They had to suddenly, without advance preparation, change how and where they worked. They have experienced a variety of challenges including reduced access to coworkers, technological changes, increased workloads, and managing home responsibilities. In some cases, this has resulted in employee burnout. This session will discuss what factors are contributing to burnout and what has been found effective to manage and reduce burnout.
