This study examined high school students’ current experiences and satisfaction with computer science (CS) courses, as well as the predictors affecting their future CS enrollments. Most students described having positive experiences. Gender, grade, and previous CS courses were significant predictors of students’ intentions to enroll in future CS courses. Results suggest that a fun curriculum, teachers, and methods to increase students’ awareness of the relevance to their futures were critical to encourage more CS enrollments.
