Collaborative problem-based learning (PBL) in K-12 education poses significant challenges for teachers to orchestrate, including coordinating multiple groups, managing various activities occurring simultaneously, and monitoring the progress and interactions of the entire class. This study focused on exploring PBL classroom orchestration practices from elementary, middle, and high school level classrooms to examine how teachers orchestrate the PBL class, and how they reflect on their orchestration practices and identify their needs to support their teaching.
