Short Description

While challenges in higher education are not particularly novel, they are rapidly increasing for mid-career and mid-level academic leaders attempting to navigate them while impacting student learning. From the introduction of crisis management to navigating mental health challenges, this panel will explore how AECT academic leaders, in particular, can and should be part of a wider conversation at their respective institutions–especially given our expertise in models for student success and transitions to online learning.
