Short Description

Three interns were selected by NATO’s Headquarters Supreme Allied Command Transformation (HQ SACT) training division to spearhead a pilot of the NATO e-Learning Networking App (NeNA) used to deliver mobile microlearning content to staff. Learn about the NeNA team’s experiences from designing and managing content to designing a user survey to inform NeNA improvements. These experiences include takeaways for participants to reflect upon as they embark on delivering performance improvement and support within an organization.
