Short Description
Transitioning from classroom to remote learning does not necessarily produce a quality online experience. Quality online learning is a planned experience that is purposefully designed. Stefaniak (2020) proposed that design thinking could be leveraged with HPT strategies to design solutions that have a systemic impact on the organization. This design case reports the development and implementation of an intervention model to facilitate change in the design and development process at one small institution.
