Short Description

The number of international students studying abroad at Korean universities has steadily increased in recent years. As the growing number of international students create the need for revision of curriculum, instructional designers should be employed to create effective learning environments and promote equity in the online classroom. This paper suggests an effective practice for increasing the motivation for international students in Korean classrooms by careful planning and design of the course and multimedia.
