Effective instructional designs are context-sensitive and reflective of realities in which the designs are situated. The panel explores the landscape of online professional development (PD) programs centering on inclusivity. It will also showcase and compare cultural and pedagogical factors in designing online teacher PD programs in Indiana, China, and Costa Rica. The panel’s main purpose is to help PD trainers/designers to develop, design, and lead inclusive programs.
