Short Description

In this poster session, we will share an innovative training curriculum that was developed for early-career biomedical scientists from underrepresented populations to enhance their knowledge and skills in the competencies needed to make their research data FAIR and AI/ML-ready. The four-phase educational design research (EDR) approach was used for the development, refinement, and finalization of the training modules.
