Short Description

There is a positive correlation between the effectiveness of teachers’ professional development (PD) on students’ achievements. This study compares online and face-to-face PD using an inclusion and exclusion criteria that are based on the PICO framework. With the aid of a poster session, the study presents the summary of findings that provide techniques for designing and implementing teachers’ PD that will aid in the improvement of teachers' self-efficacy and overall students' achievements.
