41. EDHP- Development and Implementation of Virtual Professional Development Academies in a Pharmacy School: Impact on Learners

Short Description

Based on learner analysis, two virtual professional development academies were designed, developed, and implemented at a college of pharmacy. One academy focused on increasing skills in pedagogy and the second on the scholarship of teaching and learning. Presenters will provide the results of an ongoing impact evaluation of the first two semesters of implementation, recommendations for best practices, lessons learned, and future plans.
