Short Description

The age old question: do we design solutions based on a specific tool or do we design to a specific learner need? It seems like the answer would be simply, we design to the specific learner need. But, sometimes this may not be the case when the question is asked in a practical setting. In this concurrent, we will explore two cases for one client that shows what happens when we design to the tool and when we design to the learner's need.
