Short Description

SPARK Aloha online cohorts were created to address educator and parent stress resulting from the pandemic so that they are the most effective when working with students. In this workshop, learn why typical professional development often fails to lead to transformational change, the difference between adaptive and technical work, and strategies for engaging learners in adaptive work over Zoom and Slack online platforms. Engage in adaptive work around personal flourishing and leave this session renewed.
