Short Description

Technology mediated teaching and learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic were challenging and ineffective (Dorn et al., 2020). K-12 Teachers’ attitudes have a significant effect on technology adoption and use (Vongkulluksn et al., 2018), therefore, it is important to examine potential changes in these attitudes. This time-series survey study investigates changes in the instructional technology outcome expectations of K-12 teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Findings indicate that teachers’ instructional technology outcome expectations significantly decreased.
