Engaging “Non-Engagers” in Faculty Development

Short Description

It is implied that the field of teaching emphasizes the value of lifelong learning not only for students but for educators as well. However, throughout higher education, partaking in faculty development (FD) programs is often voluntary. Many instructors, busy balancing teaching and clinical or research roles, may find it difficult to dedicate time to FD. This session will explore this challenge and discuss ways to empower all faculty to engage with FD.
