Short Description

In this presentation, a single, ranked list of design considerations for informal professional microlearning for PK-12 in-service teachers will be presented and discussed. The design considerations were identified, consolidated, and ranked during a three-phase Delphi study that engaged three panels of experts: (1) PK-12 in-service teacher professional development (PD), (2) microlearning, and (3) informal learning experts. The discussion will center on how these design considerations and informal microlearning can be used for PK-12 PD.
