In this session, we will present our study investigating the relationships between students’ navigation patterns and their performances in an educational game. By examining probe performance measures in relation to the use of probe-related tools and navigation pathways, we will provide detailed descriptions of the students’ behaviors within the game. This study enriches the literature by providing empirical evidence to support analytics for game-based learning within K-12 education and insights into students’ navigation patterns.
