118. Exploring the Effect of Media Design of Online Learning Resources Incorporating Visual Health on Learners

Sun, Oct 15, 4:15 to 5:45pm EDT (4:15 to 5:45pm EDT), Doubletree Main Conference Center - Seminole, Seminole Ballroom

Short Description

The research focuses on two parts: Analyzing online learners’ cognitive behavior (information processing, learning attention) based on eye movement and EEG data. Designing online learning resources based on media visual training strategies. This research reveals the driving mechanism of reducing computer vision syndrome in the online learning environment, and extends the cognitive theory of multimedia learning in the vision health domain, which further help to provide visual health intervention approaches for large-scale open courses.
