A mixed-method study was conducted to explore students’ perceptions of the QM rubric and its impact on their learning and engagement. Descriptive statistics were used to report the participants’ perceptions. Findings indicated that Assessment and Measure was rated highest for learning and engagement, with Learning Objectives the second highest. Learner Support was ranked overall the lowest. This study contributes to the field of online quality assurance and course design.
