Short Description

The purpose of this study is to provide the conceptual grounding of a skepticism measure appropriate for use in middle and high school classrooms and to provide the preliminary validity and reliability evidence in the context of information literacy skills. Our analyses include descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression. Our findings illuminate the role skepticism plays in information literacy skills of middle and high school students.
