This session identifies how change management practitioners adjusted the strategies they used to promote organizational change during the COVID-19 pandemic. Performance improvement students and specialists will find this session informative because it compares how practitioners implemented change management strategies six months into the pandemic with how they implemented the strategies three years into the pandemic. It also identifies how practitioners’ expectations changed during the pandemic and the surprises they encountered.
