Short Description

The purpose of this study is to contribute content and research to current mobile learning literature and to facilitate the development of mobile learning services and systems that are contextually relevant to learners in higher education in Rwanda. Findings could inform educators, administrators, policy makers, and higher learning institutions about innovative mobile learning initiatives, current educational technology trends, and potential areas of growth across Rwanda’s higher education ecosystem.
