Short Description

To develop inclusive work environments, organizations must understand the needs and perspectives of neurodiverse individuals such as those with ASD. This session considers not only whether workplaces include, serve, and benefit from the diverse contributions of individuals with ASD, but also the role that technology may play in this process. Discussions will be interwoven throughout the session, and participants will create a shared document of workplace strategies that can support individuals with ASD.
