In a completely online college class, this study examined students’ self-reported affects and their self-regulated learning (SRL) patterns in time management and effort regulation through learning analytic data, triangulated the enacted SRL patterns with self-report data, and investigated the predictive power of affects and behavioral SRL indicators for students’ performance. The finding suggested the constructive validity of the SRL indicators, as well as the importance of time management behavioral indicators in online learning.
