Short Description

This ongoing qualitative case study investigates the role of reflection in instructional designers' practice. By interviewing 10 in-service instructional designers ( 5 IDs in the academic sector, 5 IDs in corporate sector), the study attempts to know to what extent IDs use reflection in their design journey, and how this use enhances - if it does- their design process. The research team is in the data collection process. They hope by October 2023, the results will be discussed with the audience.
