Hybrid learning has become a new teaching-learning method, especially in higher education. However, there is still no specific strategies for instructors on how to optimally design and operate hybrid learning. Through literature review, needs analysis, and expert validation, the components of hybrid learning were derived. Also, based on the components, instructional strategies for designing and operating hybrid learning in higher education were developed.
