Short Description

For this study, a chatbot that can be used as an aid tool in computer-supported collaborative argumentation was developed. This chatbot aims to support the individual argumentation ability of each learner by providing different learning paths according to his or her prior knowledge of the argumentation model. Learner responses were collected by applying the chatbot to actual classes. This study can serve as preliminary information for developing educational argumentation support chatbots and related research.
