Designing a Comprehensive Health Sciences Education Portfolio Assessment System: Agile Design and Change Management

Short Description

An increasing number of schools across health professions are adopting portfolio assessments to facilitate competency-based education. Portfolio assessments systems, however, come at a high cost. To foster collaboration and continuous improvement of our Work in Progress, we present the agile design and change management processes that are being used to generate and test prototypes of the portfolio assessment system, note lessons learned, and solicit input from participants.
